This new satellite-based system allows CAP aircraft to email
pictures within minutes to ground units. With this capability,
incident commanders on the ground can get an immediate look at what
is happening on the scene.
Agencies wishing to make use of this system should contact CAP via
the South Dakota Office of Emergency Management
